We have all recognised just how important our mental health and the mental health of those around us has been over the past couple of months. The team at Braehead are doing their bit to support customers, retailers and team members by working with various ambassadors and charities to give helpful information to everyone visiting the centre.
As part of our series of videos on mental health, we have teamed up with Glasgow Warriors co-captain Fraser Brown. Watch our video where Fraser discussed his struggles with anxiety and depression and how he copes.
This Mental Health Day we have teamed up with Britain’s Got Talent star, and all-round great guy Edward Reid. Edward is a mindfulness coach and has created some videos for us to show different techniques to cope during these challenging times.
