Nandos – New Menu

On 13th May 2025: Nando’s has dropped saucy new menu items – just in time for summer. Say hallou to new menu icons like The Big Cheese, a new burger made with grilled halloumi, red pepper and pineapple salsa, sliced avocado and Churrasco PERinaise. Served in a soft rustic Portuguese roll, made with Wildfarmed regenerative flour.

Serious halloumi fans will also love Halloumi Sticks with new dip, PERi-Honey – it’s the sweetwave you’ve been waiting for. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll want it on everything. Good job you can get it as an extra – pour on PERi-PERi chicken and drizzle on salad or chips.

Go against the grain(s) and switch up your sides with Summer Grains, mixed grains with green chickpeas and dried apricots in lemon and oil, drizzled with a creamy yoghurt dressing. Or Charred Corn, smoky sweetcorn in a creamy, garlicky sauce topped with fresh spring onions and PERi-Salt. Then cool off with the new Tropical Quencher for the ultimate summer slurp.

The chicken restaurant is also kicking off a national sauce vote, inviting fans to vote to bring back their fave this summer. Everyone’s got their go-to spice at Nando’s. And real ones spam Nando’s socials asking for their much-loved guest spice to come back. From Smoky Churrasco and Garlic BBQ to most recently, Nando’s x Fanta – Nando’s is all about mixing up classic flavours or trying something totally new. Now for the first time, the chicken restaurant is putting the sauce in the hands of the people.

The winning guest spice will launch on the PERi-ometer in all UK & Ireland restaurants just in time for a summer fling.
