Kid Cabs
Our new kid cabs are available from our customer service desk on the upper mall.

Double cab - £3.00

Monday - Friday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday 10am - 4.30pm
Bottle warming
Bottle warming is available withinin the baby changing facilities. While a microwave is available in our lower food court.
Breast feeding areas
There are breast feeding areas within the baby changing facilities.
Buggy hire
Free buggy hire is available from our customer service desk. Proof of identification and a refundable deposit of £10 are required.
First Aid
Our security staff are trained in first aid skills and Braehead was the first shopping centre in Scotland to install defibrillator machines to treat heart attack victims.
High Chairs
High chairs are available in our food court.
Lifts
Public lifts are conveniently located to assist movement between the two levels and are at the central atrium, next to WH Smiths, next to Monsoon/Accessorize and next to Aulds. Check out our mall map for exact locations.
Lost children
The meeting place for lost people is our customer service desk on the upper level. If customers are worried or concerned they can approach one of our many centre staff, who will advise and assist.
Nappy dispensers
Nappy dispensers are available within the baby changing facilities
Post boxes
There are post boxes on our upper level, next to Rollover, and also within Sainsbury’s.
Public telephones
Public telephones including low-level boxes are located below the escalators opposite Thomas Cooks and opposite Monsoon. You'll find more telephones outside Bhs, at our curling rink, within the Arena and also outside the public toilets on both levels. Check out our mall map below for the exact locations.
