Competition terms and conditions

Please see below for the terms and conditions for the competitions running on the website.

Get the Look - signed by Mark Heyes 

  1. The prize is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except for employees and immediate families of Capital Shopping Centres, Braehead Merchant's Association and associated companies.
  2. Only one entry per person.
  3. One winner will receive a signed 'Get the Look' book by Mark Heyes.
  4. No purchase necessary.
  5. Closing date for entries is 30th June 2010.
  6. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
  7. Braehead Shopping Centre reserves the right to change the specification of the prize in unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Final decision by Braehead Shopping Centre Management.
  9. The winner's name and photograph may be used in post promotional activity.
  10. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  11. Winner's name and county is available 28 days after closing date. Send an SAE marked 'Get the Look Book' Competition - Marketing Department' to Braehead Shopping Centre, Kings Inch Road, Glasgow, G51 4BN.
  12. Braehead respects your privacy and will not share your personal data with any third parties.
